Terms of Service

By accessing or using any product or service operated by LT core AI, LLC — including ezNow.Biz, LTcore.AI Learn, and LTcore.AI Wisdom — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

LT core AI, LLC provides:

• ezNow.Biz: A subscription-based AI business operating system for local service businesses, offering tools for customer acquisition, operations management, compliance, and business growth.
• LTcore.AI Learn: A subscription-based learning platform offering lessons, visualizations, exercises, quizzes, voice narration, and an AI tutor across 102+ tracks.
• LTcore.AI Wisdom: A subscription-based experience-capture and book-production platform with AI-guided interviews, transcript and draft review, archive organization, manuscript design, exact final-file preview, supported exports, and an approval-gated physical proof workflow. ISBN and print-provider tools are subject to inventory, configuration, eligibility, and provider availability.

Services are provided on a subscription basis. Feature availability varies by plan tier.

To access our paid services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately at support@ltcore.ai of any unauthorized account use

You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Our services are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Billing is processed through Stripe. You agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to ours. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Annual plans are billed in full at the time of purchase. Monthly plans are billed at the start of each billing cycle. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

LTcore.AI Learn is billed at $33 (USD) per month. LTcore.AI Wisdom is billed at $33 (USD) per month. Each subscription is separate and renews automatically each month until cancelled. Learn content and tutor access, and Wisdom interviewing and generation, require the corresponding active subscription. If a subscription lapses or payment fails, paid access may be suspended until billing is resolved. Wisdom enters read-only mode after paid access ends so existing archive content can be accessed and downloaded in then-supported formats. Learn progress is retained subject to our retention policy.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access through the date you have paid for.

ezNow.Biz 30-Day Success Sprint Guarantee: If the Capital Finder module does not secure a grant or identify $300 in savings within your first 30 days, you may cancel and receive a full refund of your first month's payment. This guarantee is limited to one claim per subscriber.

Outside of the 30-Day Guarantee, all payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Founding Member pricing is locked for life as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted.

LTcore.AI Learn subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the billing portal in your Learn account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing period, and payments already made for Learn are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

LTcore.AI Wisdom is billed at $33 (USD) per month. Your Wisdom subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. After cancellation, your account enters read-only mode: your existing entries and books remain accessible and downloadable, but no new interview sessions or content generation is available until you resubscribe. Payments already made for Wisdom are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

You remain the author and are responsible for the accuracy, legality, rights, permissions, and consequences of content you publish or distribute. When an LTcore-owned ISBN is assigned, LT core AI, LLC is publisher of record for that edition. When you use an ISBN you own, you or your registered imprint remain publisher of record. An edition without an ISBN is not represented as an ISBN-registered edition.

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or services
• Use our AI-powered features to generate content that violates the rights of others
• Engage in any conduct that interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of our services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms without prior notice.

All content, features, and functionality of our services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, curriculum materials, AI prompts, software, and design — are the exclusive property of LT core AI, LLC and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal or business purposes in accordance with these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of our services without our express written permission.

Content you create within our platforms (such as journal entries and written reflections) remains your property. By submitting content to community features, you grant us a limited license to display it within the platform.

Our services use artificial intelligence to assist with drafting, suggestions, journaling prompts, and business insights. AI-generated content is provided for informational and productivity purposes only.

We make no warranties that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and acting on any AI-generated output. AI-generated content does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

In LTcore.AI Learn, the AI tutor provides tutoring responses based on the lesson context and your questions. Tutor responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Learn also provides lessons, visualizations, exercises, quizzes, voice narration, scoring, and readiness indicators. Learn is an independent, non-accredited study platform; it does not award third-party credentials, and no exam pass, job, promotion, competency, or other outcome is guaranteed.

In LTcore.AI Wisdom, you must review transcripts, AI-assisted drafts, publishing identity, and the exact final files before making content public or ordering a proof. Voice transcription may mishear words or accents. Export formats, narration, ISBN inventory, and print-provider availability may vary. An LTcore-owned ISBN requires LT core AI, LLC as publisher of record; a verified ISBN you own retains you or your registered imprint as publisher of record. No print order or public-edition release occurs automatically. Print, shipping, tax, retailer, distribution, and other provider charges are separate from the Wisdom subscription. Approved publication masters are locked; corrections require a new edition.

Our services integrate with third-party platforms and services, including payment processors, AI providers, communication tools, object storage, and print-fulfillment providers. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms, privacy policies, production requirements, fees, and delivery conditions.

Physical-proof orders require your explicit approval and shipping information. Provider validation or production may reject files, and shipping dates are estimates controlled by the provider. LTcore.AI does not promise bookstore placement, retailer distribution, sales, or marketing unless a separate service explicitly states those capabilities.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LT core AI, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LT core AI, LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of our services.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Lake County, Illinois.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LT core AI, LLC regarding your use of our services, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
