We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, subscribe to a plan, or contact us. This includes:

• Name and email address
• Payment and billing information (processed securely through Stripe — we do not store card data)
• Usage data, including pages visited, features used, and session duration
• Communications you send to us

We also collect certain information automatically when you use our services, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and referral URLs.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our products and services
• Process transactions and send related information, including purchase confirmations and invoices
• Send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages
• Respond to your comments and questions
• Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our services

Our products use artificial intelligence to deliver personalized experiences, including curriculum recommendations, journaling prompts, proposal drafting, and business intelligence insights.

Input you provide to AI-powered features (such as journal entries, business data, or written prompts) may be processed by third-party AI providers under data processing agreements that comply with applicable privacy laws. We do not use your personal data to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent.

If you subscribe to LTcore.AI Learn, our learning platform with an AI tutor, we additionally collect and process:

• Skill assessment answers, which we use to build your depth profile and tailor your learning experience
• Learning progress data, including lessons completed, quiz scores, exercise attempts, streaks, and experience points
• Messages you send to the AI tutor, which are processed by third-party AI providers solely to generate tutoring responses
• Voice narration preferences and playback settings

Your assessment answers and progress data are used only to tailor your learning experience and are never sold or shared for advertising. Messages sent to the AI tutor are processed to generate tutoring responses. AI tutor conversations are not used to train third-party AI models. You may request deletion of your Learn data at any time at support@ltcore.ai.

If you subscribe to LTcore.AI Wisdom, our personal wisdom capture platform, we additionally collect and process:

• Interview transcripts: the full text of your conversations with the AI interviewer, stored to enable cross-session memory and entry generation
• Voice calibration text: the 3–5 sentences you write during onboarding, and the AI-generated style reflection based on them, used solely to maintain your writing voice in generated content
• Generated entries: the 800–1,500-word life and career entries produced from your interview responses, including their approval status, theme, and publication settings
• Interviewer configuration: your chosen interviewer name, gender, tone, pace, and domain depth preferences
• Book export records: metadata about books you generate, including chapter order and format choices; exported files are stored in object storage and accessible only to you
• Book production records: final-file approvals, publisher and ISBN choices, revision snapshots, print-provider job identifiers and statuses, and proof-approval timestamps
• Proof fulfillment data: only when you explicitly order a physical proof, we send the recipient name, shipping address, phone number, contact email, quantity, shipping level, and signed links to the approved print files to the selected print provider
• Agreement timestamps: the exact date and time you agreed to each onboarding disclosure, retained for legal compliance
• Public profile data: your display name, bio, expertise tags, avatar, banner, and the entries you choose to make public
• "Ask me" interaction rate-limiting: we record request counts per IP address for up to one hour solely to enforce the 10-question-per-hour rate limit; no visitor question content is stored

Wisdom archive content is private unless you use a supported sharing or publishing control. You are responsible for reviewing transcripts and AI-assisted drafts and approving the specific content you choose to make public. Public links and profiles can be viewed by anyone who can access them.

Your interview transcripts, calibration text, and entries are processed by OpenAI's API (a named third-party processor) to power supported interview and generation features. OpenAI processes this data under our service arrangements. We do not use your Wisdom content to train AI models, and we do not sell it to third parties. Print files and fulfillment details are sent to Lulu only after you explicitly approve and submit a proof order. Lulu processes that information under its own terms and privacy policy.

You may export all your Wisdom data at any time from your account settings (Settings → Privacy → Export my archive). You may permanently delete your Wisdom account and all associated data from Settings → Privacy → Delete account. Deletion is irreversible; we recommend exporting your archive first. After deletion, no data is retained except what is required by law or for fraud prevention.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:

• Service providers who perform services on our behalf (such as payment processing, email delivery, cloud hosting, object storage, AI processing, and print fulfillment), subject to applicable service agreements and privacy terms
• Professional advisors such as lawyers, accountants, and insurers
• Law enforcement or government agencies when required by applicable law
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, provided the successor continues to honor this Privacy Policy

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for a period sufficient to resolve any pending issues and then delete or anonymize it.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@ltcore.ai.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve our services. Cookies are small data files stored on your device. We use:

• Essential cookies required for the platform to function
• Analytics cookies to understand how users interact with our services
• Preference cookies to remember your settings

You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our services.

We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated effective date, and by sending an email notification if you have an active subscription. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
